Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction projects by performing physically demanding tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. Your energy and attention to detail will help bring construction visions to life while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple facets of construction and restoration work.

Responsibilities

Drive a company vehicle from the shop to project location

- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and levels to support carpentry, siding windows and doors
- Perform demolition work or site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Aid in the installation of siding, windows and doors
- Comfortable working at heights




- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately

Qualifications

- Prior experience in construction or related trades is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Must have a valid G drivers license
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Must be able to work outside in the elements
- Commitment to safety procedures and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
