We repair and replace wood on the outside of homes, decks and stairs, siding, and structural framing are our main focus, along with related exterior carpentry work. We're looking to build a network of skilled people we can call on for projects, some steady, some one-off, some weekend work.

What you'd be doing (main focus):

- Repairing or replacing deck boards, railings, posts, stairs, and structural framing
- Siding repair and replacement, various types
- Structural wood repair, joists, beams, framing, sill plates

Also possible, depending on the job:

- Window and door frame, sill, and trim repair
- Fascia, soffit, and roofline carpentry
- General exterior trim replacement
- Occasional interior wood repair related to water damage

What we're looking for:

- Real hands-on experience with decks, siding, framing, or general exterior carpentry, whether that's from working with a crew, running your own jobs, or doing this kind of work informally for years
- Comfortable with basic tools of the trade, ladders, saws, drills, etc.
- All experience levels welcome, from just starting out to years running your own work. Tell us honestly where you're at
- Red Seal certification is not required,



though it's a welcome plus if you have it. What matters more to us is what you've actually built and fixed.
- Available for occasional weekend work
- Valid work permit to work in Canada

Newcomers to Canada welcome. If you have carpentry or trades experience from another country, even if it's not yet recognized here, we want to hear from you.
