Matrix Concepts Canada is a growing Canadian distributor of motocross, powersports, and cycling products. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team.

This position begins as maternity leave coverage, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role. It combines customer service, sales support, office administration, and online order processing. You will support our customers, dealers, and sales representatives, with training provided on our products, systems, and day-to-day processes.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer and dealer inquiries by phone, email, and social media.
- Provide product information, order updates, and shipping details.
- Assist customers with warranty claims, returns, and exchanges.
- Enter, process, and invoice dealer orders.
- Support our sales representatives with customer accounts, order inquiries, and other sales-related requests.
- Manage online orders through e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with general office administration.
- Plan and schedule social media posts.
- Provide additional administrative and customer service support as needed.

Qualifications:





- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, sales support, or order processing.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable assisting customers by phone and email.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with social media is an asset.
- An interest in motocross, powersports, or cycling is an asset.
