Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments, giving change, and balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following food handling and safety standards
- Engage with guests to promote menu items,



answer questions about ingredients or drink options, and foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in opening or closing procedures as needed, including restocking supplies and completing relevant shift reports

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably as a server or bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and ability to handle multiple tables or drink orders simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing calculations, and inventory management
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Previous experience with food industry operations, serving techniques, bartending responsibilities, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
