Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency, presentation, and flavor
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs

Skills





- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Robust understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of serving standards and meal presentation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and basic culinary techniques
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
