Duties

- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests’ tables
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including clearing tables, setting up for new guests, and sanitizing surfaces
- Support food preparation tasks such as assembling orders or refilling stations to ensure efficient service flow
- Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing friendly guest services and addressing needs promptly
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS for processing orders or payments when required
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during handling, serving, and cleaning procedures




- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, meal preparation, and restocking supplies as needed

Experience

- Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Experience with serving, food preparation, or cashiering enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures is a plus
- Experience in hotel or barista environments can be beneficial but is not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
