Duties

- Lead and motivate a diverse retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including B2B (business-to-business) sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Build strong relationships with clients through outside sales efforts, negotiation, and account management to grow business opportunities.
- Utilize technology sales tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular analysis of store performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize business development efforts.
- Provide leadership in training staff on customer service excellence, technical product knowledge,



and sales techniques to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role within a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong background in B2B sales, marketing, and technical sales experience with a focus on technology products or services.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, negotiation, and account management with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for coaching teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
- Well-developed communication skills to effectively engage customers, vendors, and team members alike.
