Required Skills and qualifications:

- College Diploma in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- 1+ year of experience operating SMT equipment
- Keen attention to detail
- Understanding of SMT quality standards (IPC-A-610) a strong asset
- Familiarity with PCB handling processes, ESD practices, and IPC-610 standards (asset)
- Knowledge of JUKI equipment (asset)
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Flexibility to work evening or overnight shifts (Monday to Friday, varying hours)

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Operate and maintain Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to manufacture complex electronic products with high quality and productivity
- Prepare SMT equipment for production by loading/unloading feeders and performing other setup tasks




- Collaborate with Engineering and Management teams to identify and resolve issues, and suggest process improvements
- Utilize PC-based software tools to manage tooling databases and optimize SMT equipment performance
- Perform other duties assigned to support the success of the team

Compensation

- Hourly Wage: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Shift Pay Premiums:
- Evening shifts (3:00pm-11:00pm): 10% premium

Available Schedules

- Evening Shift (1): Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
