*Job Summary*

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part time Store Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, support daily store operations, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment.

*Responsibilities*

- Greet customers warmly and assist with customers inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility, including the playground, washrooms, and common areas, as well as taking out garbage.
- Set up and clean party rooms as required
- Operate the register and POS system, including checking in customers, passes, and products
- Process transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Assist with inventory management and product restocking
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits about the store

*Experiences and Abilities*

- Previous experience as a receptionist, cashier, or in customer service are preferred
- Experience using POS systems
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively




- Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and team members
- Comfortable and confident communicating with both parents and children
- Knowledge of children’s education and safety is an asset
- First Aid Certificate is plus

Languages:

- English required
- Mandarin and Cantonese are plus
