We’re looking for a motivated 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Carpenter who wants to continue building their skills while being part of a respectful, tight-knit crew — not just another worker on a job site.

We specialize in residential renovations and custom projects where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and eager to continue growing in the trade while working alongside experienced carpenters who genuinely care about quality workmanship and supporting each other.

Our owner, Jason Roy, is Red Seal Certified and able to sign off on apprenticeship hours while helping apprentices continue developing their skills and experience in the trade.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist with residential carpentry and renovation projects
- Perform framing, finishing, installations, repairs, and general carpentry work
- Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and project instructions
- Install trim, doors, flooring, cabinetry, siding, and other finish materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently




- Work independently and collaboratively with crew members
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Assist with demolition, material handling, and general construction tasks as required
- Continue developing carpentry knowledge and trade skills
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements

- Must be a registered 3rd or 4th Year Carpenter Apprentice
- Reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools
- Required PPE
- Must be bondable
- Professional hands-on residential renovation experience
- Applicants should have experience working on professionally managed renovation or construction projects and familiarity with Canadian residential building practices and job site standards
- DIY or hobby experience alone is not considered applicable experience for this role
- Strong understanding of construction methods and safe work practices
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and heavy lifting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team workplace
