Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Kinstretch Instructor to join our dynamic wellness team! In this role, you will lead engaging movement classes designed to improve flexibility, joint health, and overall mobility. We are looking for someone who wants to help built a community with entrepreneurially mindset. This is a paid position starting at 1 hour or one class a week with potential to get extra hours through substitution and add classes as we go.

Responsibilities

- Lead energetic Kinstretch classes that focus on joint health, mobility
- Demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure participant safety and maximize benefits
- Develop customized modifications to accommodate varying skill levels and individual needs
- Educate participants on the principles of Kinstretch, including movement mechanics and injury prevention
- Foster an inclusive, motivating atmosphere that encourages consistent participation and progress
- Monitor participant performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Maintain a clean, organized class environment and ensure all equipment is properly used and stored





Qualifications

- Proven experience as a fitness instructor or movement coach, with a focus on mobility or functional training preferred
- Solid understanding of human anatomy, joint mechanics, and movement principles
- Experience working with children, older adult populations and injuries.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate diverse groups of participants
- Must have individual trainers insurance and be able to provide it on signing the contract
- Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly while maintaining safety standards
- Certification in FRC and Kinstretch is mandatory; ongoing professional development is encouraged

Pay: $25.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 5.0 per week
