What You'll Do

- Prepare and cook Popeyes menu items according to company recipes and procedures.
- Season and prepare fresh chicken batches while maintaining product quality and consistency.
- Prepare side items and ensure all food is served fresh and to brand standards.
- Inspect raw ingredients and finished products for quality and food safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including workstations, dishes, floors, and garbage disposal.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work closely with managers and team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Support the team during busy periods while delivering exceptional quality and speed.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift 25–40 lbs.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 7 hours per shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
