Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and beverages
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, service stations, and kitchen areas
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed to support kitchen staff
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy hours while providing excellent guest services

Qualifications





- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is desirable
- Basic math skills for order entry, bill calculation, and cash handling
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in serving, upselling, and providing guest services in a hospitality setting is highly valued
- Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is beneficial but not required
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
