Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic Sales Associates to join our team in various departments: Ski, Snowboard, and Outerwear. This role actively contributes to the customer experience, ensuring that sales goals are met through exceptional service and an in-depth understanding of our products. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service at every stage of the sales process, from greeting customers to post-purchase support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to maintain high standards of store readiness, product merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store organization.
- Product Knowledge:



Continuously develop and apply product knowledge through training sessions and hands-on experience, ensuring customers receive accurate information and guidance.
- Merchandising and Stocking: Assist with product displays, stock replenishment, and ensuring that merchandise is organized and accessible for customers.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as required by management to maintain smooth store operations.

- Ski and Snowboard Passion: While experience in ski/snowboard gear and outerwear is an asset, a passion for outdoor sports and learning about these products is just as important!

Position Details:

- Job Type: Seasonal Position (Full-Time & Part-Time)
- Availability: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (store hours: August-April)

Store is Open from August-April.

- Store Hours:

August - November:

· Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

· Monday, Thursday, Friday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

· Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

· Sunday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

November - April:

· Store open 7 days a week (specific hours may vary)
Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM-5:00 PM

- Compensation: Hourly wage, based on experience (Seasonal)
