Overview
We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and pro-active Barista / All-Rounder to join our team.

Our café is known not only for good coffee and baked goods, but for the genuine, friendly connections we build with our regulars and customers. We value respect for people, teamwork, and staying true to our quality standards, especially when things get busy.

Responsibilities

- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests warmly and engaging with regulars
- Prepare and serve food, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with care and consistency
- Warm and assemble easy food items while following food safety standards
- Operate the POS system, handle card&cash; payments
- Ensure orders are completed accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Support the team during busy periods by multitasking efficiently and communicating clearly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and customer areas
- Opening and closing duties, restocking, and daily upkeep

What We’re Looking For

- Previous barista experience(required)
- Coffee knowledge (espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art)
- Positive understanding of espresso machines and grinders (daily use & basic maintenance)




- Strong service mindset -you care about how guests feel, not just the drinks&food;
- A true team player who communicates well and supports others
- Friendly, calm, and service-oriented, especially during rush hours
- Availability to work at during weekend day&Flexible; Availability
