We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator to join our construction team! In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind accurate project cost assessments, helping to set the foundation for successful project execution.

Responsibilities

· Assess job photos and speak with customers over the phone to provide quick, accurate price quotes.

· Explaining detailed estimates to clients and answering their inquiries.

· Write up clear, detailed scope-of-work agreements, contracts, and payment schedules for approved projects.

· Assist with preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other project-related documents.

· Monitor actual project expenses against initial estimates to improve future pricing and follow up with leads to close open quotes.

Skills:

- Proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills are required.
