Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bobcat and Machine Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery, particularly in residential construction settings. Your primary responsibility will be to operate Bobcat machinery and other related equipment to assist in various construction tasks, including site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate Bobcat machinery and other heavy equipment on construction sites.
- Perform site preparation, grading and other related tasks.
- Transport and handle construction materials as required.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating Bobcats and other heavy machinery.




- Valid certification or license to operate heavy equipment in Alberta.
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Robust communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
