At Bottega, we strive to offer the highest quality food products, wine and service. We are currently looking for a Dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment

The Dishwasher is responsible for supporting the restaurant staff by helping the kitchen. They ensure that dishes are done in a timely manner, the garbage and recycling are taken out and the floors are swept and mopped. Candidates should be able to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Wash dishes and ensure availability of clean dishes
- Sweep and mop floors
- Keep kitchen area clean (floors, tables and equipment)
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Supporting the restaurant staff by assisting with other tasks, as needed
- Follow food safety procedures

Availability:

Full-Time /Part-Time 3 to 4 days a week
