We are looking for a passionate and motivated sous chef to join our team at our italian steakhouse. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes pride in quality, consistency, organization and team work, all while helping create an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Duties

- Assist the head chef in supervising daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate food service activities to ensure timely delivery of orders and optimal guest satisfaction

- Proven supervising experience in a quick-paced food service or restaurant setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations




- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Extensive food handling knowledge and adherence to food safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and serve guests efficiently

- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
