Duties

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
- Sort and organize clean items for proper storage or immediate use by kitchen staff.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service periods.

Requirements

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards within a commercial kitchen setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Basic understanding of food handling safety practices.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $16.75-$23.09 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
