Job Summary:

Join our team as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Solution Designer and Tech Lead, where you'll bring deep Guidewire and Jira expertise to design and deliver innovative insurance solutions. We're looking for a lead with 10–15 years of experience to play a pivotal role in integrating Guidewire products and advancing our digital offerings. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects that drive business transformation and deliver real value to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Guidewire products to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire ClaimCenter with other suite components.
- Use Jira to manage project tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Develop and maintain Guidewire tools and accelerators to streamline processes and improve system performance.
- Provide technical expertise in Guidewire Studio to customize and extend application functionality.
- Oversee integration of the Guidewire Insurance Suite with existing systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Lead development of digital portals using Guidewire Digital Portal to enhance user experience and engagement.




- Champion best practices under the Guidewire Work Model to optimize project outcomes and resource utilization.
- Conduct regular system performance assessments and recommend improvements for reliability and scalability.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skill development and growth.
- Stay current on industry trends and Guidewire advancements to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Contribute to the company's strategic goals by delivering solutions that improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

- Guidewire Associate or Guidewire ACE certification required; certification on the Palisades release preferred.
- Extensive experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite integration and its core components.
- Proven proficiency with Guidewire ClaimCenter and related tools for claims management.
- Robust background in Jira for project management and task tracking.
- Expertise in Guidewire Studio for application customization and extension.
- Familiarity with Guidewire Digital Portal for building user-friendly digital interfaces.
- Solid understanding of the Guidewire Work Model for efficient project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
