The Driver

Coach position involves managing the Corporate Driver Performance Scorecard program in an in-office setting. You will monitor and report on driver data while supporting the operations team in maintaining compliance with safety protocols. Excellent communication skills are essential for addressing driver concerns promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Corporate Driver Performance Scorecard administration
Process and analyze real-time data from trucks
Engage with drivers on performance and coaching needs
Collaborate with the operations team for compliance
Complete other assigned duties as necessary Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Experience in high-volume communication roles
Robust reporting and data processing abilities
Proficient in MS Office applications
