Enhance the maternity experience as an Elective Caesarean Maternity Support Worker with Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This permanent role is focused on delivering quality assistance to midwives and care for women during their maternity journey. You will be situated in the Delivery Suite at John Radcliffe Hospital, providing essential support to midwives and patients.

Candidates must hold an OUH Care Certificate or equivalent and possess prior experience in Social/Health Care. Your contribution will ensure comfort, safety, and dignity for all women. Key Responsibilities:
Support women with their personal care while ensuring confidentiality
Prepare necessary equipment and setting for clinical activities




Monitor and report any concerns regarding women's skin integrity
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for urgent advice
Assist in implementing infant feeding choices and support skin-to-skin contact Requirements:
Must possess an OUH Care Certificate
Experience in a Health or Social Care workplace
