Become a vital part of the Maintenance Team as a Building Services Associate II in our Distribution Centre. In this role, you will handle building repairs and housekeeping duties on-site, ensuring a clean and protected environment.

Reporting to the Manager – Distribution Centre, you will perform general maintenance and keep the warehouse tidy while managing waste and restocking supplies. Your hands-on skills will assist maintenance activities and ensure all repairs are logged accurately. Making a positive impact on daily operations is key.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in building repairs and equipment servicing
• Maintain cleanliness across all warehouse areas
• Manage waste and recycling according to schedules




• Monitor and report on inventory of cleaning supplies
• Perform outdoor property housekeeping as needed

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma; trade certification preferred
• 1 year related warehousing experience required
• Experience with hand and power tools essential
• Solid attention to detail and time management skills
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
