Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support and assessments for participants
• Conduct targeted marketing and outreach to employers
• Develop personalized resumes and job seeker profiles




• Offer on-site coaching and job training
• Maintain participant documentation and progress notes

Requirements:
• Degree in social or health services
• At least 1 year experience working with people with disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Class 4 Driver's Licence with vehicle access
• Knowledge in employment strategies and market trends
