Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will supervise maintenance staff while overseeing the maintenance of all production equipment. Your leadership is crucial in achieving operational standards and addressing maintenance challenges proactively. You'll also ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal standards to foster a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance activities for production machinery
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively
• Coordinate daily workflows for the maintenance team




• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and practices
• Collaborate with other departments for maintenance support

Requirements:
• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in food
• 2 years in a supervisory role required
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and CMMS practices
• Relevant Engineering education is a plus
