The role involves performing preventative maintenance, servicing equipment, and supporting daily hatchery operations. The successful candidate will have mechanical aptitude, be a team player, and flexibility to adapt to seasonal workloads. Knowledge of pumps, filters, PLCs and speed drives is a plus, along with plumbing or carpentry basics.
