Your Role As a Graphic Designer, you'll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes: Reviewing customer-supplied artwork to evaluate printability and recommend solutions that align with flexographic printing requirements
Creating and adapting packaging artwork while respecting customer branding standards, print limitations, and production requirements
Supporting production, sales, customer onboarding initiatives, artwork transfers, and plant operations
Coordinating projects with cross-functional partners including production teams, plate manufacturers, die rooms, customers, and sales representatives
Managing ink inventory and assisting with color creation and consistency requirements
Ensuring graphics meet both customer expectations and manufacturing capabilities
Acting as a technical graphics expert by translating design requirements into successful packaging solutions
What You Bring You're a natural fit for this role if you have:
At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, prepress, print production, packaging graphics, or a related field
Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Experience working with corrugated packaging, flexographic printing, prepress, or print production environments
Knowledge of packaging artwork workflows and print production limitations
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Experience in the packaging, corrugated, labels, folding carton, or printing industry (asset)
Basic French language skills (asset)
