The Student Services Teacher will champion accessibility and equity for all students. This position involves fostering engagement through effective collaborative planning and coordination of Student Specific Plans (SSPs). You will address the unique requirements of students needing modified programming while working closely with school teams on implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Model inclusive and culturally responsive educational practices
• Collaborate on student-specific planning with diverse teams
• Facilitate trauma-informed support and early identification tools




• Engage in co-planning and co-teaching with educators
• Integrate Indigenous perspectives into classroom practices

Requirements:
• Minimum five years of successful teaching experience
• Advanced education in Special Education or related fields preferred
• Experience with Student Specific Plans and complex needs
• Proven mentorship and cooperative skills
• Commitment to equity-based leadership in education
