As part of HR Path Group, Clevercourse HCM seeks a Payroll Consultant skilled in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll or S/4 HCM Payroll. This position will involve translating business requirements into actionable system designs and effectively collaborating with end users to maintain optimal HRIS data reliability. Your role will require proactive improvements and solutions tailored to specific organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze gaps between business requirements and technological solutions
• Design system configurations that adhere to best practices




• Assist in Third Party Application Maintenance and user support
• Conduct functional monitoring and user training
• Handle maintenance tickets and ensure timely fixes

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll
• Expertise in SAP HCM PA / OM is required
• Familiarity with Payroll Control Center is preferred
• Experience in HR or Payroll roles is a plus
• Excellent English proficiency; knowledge of French is an asset
