IWK Health in Halifax seeks a Clinical Mentor in Nursing Professional Practice for the Family Newborn Care Unit. You will support the professional development of RNs and LPNs through expert clinical guidance and hands-on mentorship, ensuring safe, independent nursing practice and ongoing learning.
You will model, coach, and facilitate learning, promoting a patient- and family-centered environment with solid leadership and collaboration with the health care team.
