Scotiabank Gravenhurst Branch is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Associate on a contract basis to deliver outstanding service and support customers on their financial journeys. You will guide clients through everyday banking needs, open basic accounts, and promote digital tools. In this role you will build relationships, identify customer needs, explain concepts clearly, and contribute to branch targets in a team-oriented team environment.
