Role: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Lakeshore Blvd East (5 Days Onsite)

Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors. This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing enterprise applications, improving business processes, and ensuring technology solutions align with organizational objectives.

The successful candidate will provide Tier-2 application support, gather and document business requirements, facilitate process improvement initiatives, and collaborate on the implementation of new technology solutions. The role will also support business intelligence reporting, system integrations, user training, and the adoption of AI-enabled productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Tier-2 support for enterprise applications, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, ERP, HRIS, project management, and expense management platforms.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT, and external vendors.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Map current and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support solution evaluations, vendor assessments, testing activities, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage application enhancements, configuration changes, vendor escalations,



and system-related issues.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, process documentation, and knowledge base content.
- Support Power BI reporting environments, data validation, dashboard adoption, and BI governance initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools and automation opportunities, to drive operational efficiencies.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of the technology landscape to identify optimization, consolidation, and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, and technology implementations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI, system integrations, and data workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and automation tools is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Work Environment:

- Full-time, onsite role requiring attendance in the office five days per week.
- Ability to support business stakeholders across multiple departments and participate in occasional in-person meetings and workshops.
