Who we are looking for:

Citadel Roofing & Building Maintenance is a fast-growing roofing company, providing quality roofing for commercial and residential buildings throughout the lower mainland and we are looking for a personable, self motivated and reliable individual to join our team as our next ROOFING OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Answering the main office line and relaying telephone calls and messages to the team as required.
- Receiving and taking initial customer inquiries and lead opportunities.
- Entering leads, updating job status, and co-ordinating the flow of information, using our project management system – Billdr. Not limited to but including data entry, job costing and analysis.
- Maintaining C.O.R Safety Program
- Managing communications with foreman and compiling payroll information for accounting on a bi-weekly basis.
- Monitoring and supporting the collection of accounts receivables – tracking and following up on past due accounts (ie. following up with clients via email and calls, reconciling customer payments)
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for:

- Someone with minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the Construction Industry




- Someone with minimum 2-5 years of office experience
- Basic Accounting Principles and Accounts Receivable knowledge
- Someone comfortable using a Mac computer and with an intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office
- Someone with excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- Someone with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
- Self-starter always looking for ways to improve and add efficiency to the organization
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
