Job Description: Rocky View Brewing Company invites a passionate Line/Prep Cook to join our culinary team and enhance the heart of our kitchen operations at our Taproom located in vibrant Cochrane. Position Qualifications: • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen workplace • Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices • Ability to efficiently prepare meals and manage food service tasks • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques • Excellent teamwork and communication skills • Certification in food safety is a plus • Prepare and cook food items in a timely manner, as per Rocky View Brewing Company standards, to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers. • Help keep the kitchen clean, organized and running efficiently. • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and food storage procedures are followed. • Follow all required checklists and cleaning schedules during your shift.



• Assure the proper care and maintenance of all food service equipment; identify equipment needs for food preparation and service. • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the Taproom. • Other duties as required.
