PROTECTION PLUS / VideoGuard is currently seeking two full-time Residential & Small Business Security Sales Professionals to join our growing team.

We are looking for motivated sales professionals who are passionate about helping customers protect their homes and businesses while consistently exceeding sales goals.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for following up on company-provided leads and generating new business opportunities throughout the Greater Toronto Area. You will work with residential customers as well as small- and medium-sized businesses to assess security needs, design solutions, and close sales.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Follow up on company-provided leads in a timely manner
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements
- Design and recommend customized security solutions
- Prepare professional proposals and quotations
- Respond to tenders and bid opportunities as required
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through project completion
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (security industry experience preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, and closing skills
- Excellent objection-handling and negotiation abilities
- Energetic, personable, and customer-focused
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Eligible to obtain Government Secret Clearance
