- Provide individualized counselling using the Client Service Delivery Model
- Facilitate clients' integration into the Labour Market




- Promote resources and referrals for employment opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date client files and documentation
- Assist with applications to ASD programs and services Requirements:
- University certificate in Career Development/Employment Counselling
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in verbal Cree, English, and French (asset)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
