The Cahill Group seeks a Mechanical Estimator/Project Manager responsible for delivering mechanical projects on time and within budget. This role involves leading estimating activities, managing project schedules, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead estimating activities through site visits and tender reviews • Review drawings and specifications for project risks • Evaluate supplier pricing to ensure competitive estimates • Support project startup and resource coordination • Monitor budgets, productivity, and project timelines
