At AMC Foam, we’re hiring a hands-on technician to support production equipment, hydraulic systems, and automated machinery in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

Whether you already have hydraulic experience or strong mechanical skills and want to develop them further — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Work On

- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Work with hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses)
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Support conveyors, motors, and automated systems
- Contribute to improving equipment reliability and performance

What We’re Looking For

- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environments (preferred, not required)
- Basic understanding of hydraulics or willingness to learn
- Ability to read diagrams or learn quickly
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

- Hydraulic troubleshooting experience
- Millwright certification or maintenance background
- Electrical or PLC exposure
- Welding or fabrication experience
