About the role:

Within the hotel, keeping guest rooms squeaky clean is the goal. As such, Best Western Pembroke Inn has proudly been awarded several housekeeping achievements through the industry. Job requires walking, standing, bending and reaching for long periods of time. Management will guide you through the specifics of this job.

Housekeeping Room Responsibilities:





Stock housekeeping cartsClean guest rooms as per standards set by managementMake bedsDisinfect and clean bathrooms and bar areaTake out garbageDusting and vacuumingCarry laundryResponse to guest needsAll other duties as assigned

Evening Housekeeping Responsibilities:

Strip bedsLoad/unload washerLoad/unload dryersIron laundry on flat ironFold laundryPut laundry on proper shelvesClean laundry room as requiredJob requires walking, standing, bending, lifting and reaching for extended periodsStock housekeeping cartsClean guest rooms as per standards set by managementMake bedsDisinfect and clean bathrooms and bar areaTake out garbageDusting and vacuumingCarry laundryResponse to guest needsCleaning of the fitness center, once it closes nightlyRoom deliveriesCommon area cleaningBanquet room set-up
