We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales department. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and a desire to help your team succeed, we’d love to have you join our growing dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales consultants to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the new and pre-owned car sales department.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive dealership growth.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report results to the General Manager.
- Stay current with Hyundai product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain compliance with all manufacturer and dealership policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales.
- Proven record of achieving or surpassing sales goals in a car dealership environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Solid understanding of sales process management and dealership operations.
- Proficiency with CRM and dealer management systems (DMS).
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
