Responsibilities Your daily responsibilities: Handle order taking and provide customer service via phone and email.

Prepare quotes and ensure rigorous follow-up on current orders.

Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to maximize sales opportunities.

Actively participate in promotions by proactively contacting customers to present new products.

Provide first-level technical support for a wide range of construction products.

Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills (professional and dynamic verbal image).

Functional bilingualism (French/English) to support Ontario clients and communicate with head office.

Outgoing, confident personality with a strong team spirit.

Great learning capacity (IT systems and technical data sheets).

Previous experience with banners such as Rona,



BMR, or Canac is considered a major asset.
