? Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join correctional healthcare teams throughout British Columbia.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to incarcerated individuals, including health assessments, medication administration, chronic disease management, mental health support, and emergency response. You will collaborate with physicians, mental health professionals, correctional staff, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective healthcare services.

? Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and ongoing patient monitoring

? Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN)

✔ Active RN registration in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)

✔ Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred

✔ Current CPR/BLS certification

✔ Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

✔ Active LPN registration in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)

✔ Minimum 1 year of recent practical nursing experience preferred

✔ Current CPR/BLS certification

✔ Strong medication administration and patient care skills

✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
