Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The House Cleaner will play a vital role in creating comfortable and welcoming homes for our clients through efficient cleaning and exceptional service.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction with completed work
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times




- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients, demonstrating hospitality skills

Experience

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus but not necessary
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving household items up to 25 pounds
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous, emphasizing professionalism and attentiveness

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.27-$22.00 per hour
