We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented Full-Time Motorcycle Technician to join our Service team and help keep our riders on the road.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes motorcycles, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, rider-focused environment. From routine maintenance and performance upgrades to diagnostics and repairs, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience both in the shop and for every customer who rides away.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Red Seal Certification required
- Five years of hands-on motorcycle technician experience considered a strong asset
- Harley-Davidson® experience considered a solid asset
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
- Experience with V-Twin engines, performance upgrades, electrical diagnostics, and routine motorcycle maintenance
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced dealership environment
- Solid attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and rider safety
- Valid driver’s license required (motorcycle endorsement considered an asset)
- Passion for motorcycles, the Harley-Davidson® brand, and the riding lifestyle
- Hourly wage based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and brand training

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards
- Accurately document work orders and communicate with Service Advisors
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Stay current with manufacturer training and technical updates

Company History:

Harley-Davidson® of Moncton, was founded in 2022 (previously under Toys for Big Boys Ltd.). Larry Northrup, a man with a passion for the brand and all things on two wheels, began the journey of creating a stand alone facility for Harley-Davidson® in Moncton in 2020, and Matt Girvan, local Moncton-based business man joined him in this endeavor, as a partner. The two with an equal love for the brand opened the doors to Harley-Davidson® of Moncton, in December of 2022, with an amazing team of professionals and riders alongside them.

Harley-Davidson® first began its journey in the Greater Moncton Area in 1982, when Toys for Big Boys signed with Deeley Harley-Davidson® at Fred Northrup's kitchen table in Boundary Creek, New Brunswick with his son, Larry alongside him. As Toys for Big Boys' journey continued with Harley-Davidson®, the company experienced growth with Toys, moving into a current building in 2006, and eventually taking on the region of New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island in 2020.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
