Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founding UI/UX Designer. The designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, designing user experiences that prioritize functionality and clarity, and developing detailed mockups and prototypes. Day-to-day tasks include team-oriented brainstorming with the product and development teams, refining design concepts,



and ensuring consistency in visual design. The role will also involve an active contribution to shaping the overall design strategy and product roadmap.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Visual Design, Mockups, and User Interface (UI) Design
Proficiency in creating seamless User Experiences (UX) with a user-first approach
Foundational knowledge in Front-End Development to effectively communicate design requirements to developers
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to create designs that balance aesthetics with functionality
Familiarity with design tools such as Lovable, Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Experience in designing for sports-tech or performance-focused applications is a plus
Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
