We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team on-site in Saint-Laurent, QC. The Sales Administrator will support our Sales & Commercial Operations team by managing quotations, processing orders, maintaining customer and representative (REP) relationships, and supporting day-to-day sales administration activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and understands the importance of teamwork and supporting all departments when needed. We value attitude over experience, the right candidate is reliable, responsible, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Daily responsibilities include:
Preparing and managing quotations for customers and representatives (REPs)
Following up with customers and REPs regarding quotes and inquiries
Receiving, reviewing, and processing purchase orders (POs)
Entering and maintaining accurate information in internal systems (CRM/ERP)
Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
Supporting sales reporting and administrative activities




Ensuring timely and accurate documentation and communication
Assisting the sales team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales administration or a similar role
Solid customer service and communication skills
Experience with order processing
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Solid sense of responsibility and accountability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proactive, reliable, punctual, and willing to learn recent tools and processes
Understanding of teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration

Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – required
Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or ERP tools – an asset
Ability to quickly learn new software and internal systems
Knowledge of sales processes and tools is a plus

Language Requirements
Fluency in both English and French is highly recommended
