We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and customer-focused Parts & Accessories Manager to lead our Parts department and help riders make every ride their own.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes motorcycles, understands the Harley-Davidson lifestyle, and enjoys creating an unforgettable customer experience both on the showroom floor and behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading the daily operations of the Parts & Accessories department
- Assisting customers in finding the right parts, upgrades, riding gear, and accessories for their motorcycle and lifestyle
- Managing inventory levels, ordering, merchandising, and seasonal displays
- Working closely with the Service and Sales departments to support customer needs and dealership goals
- Creating a welcoming, energetic, and knowledgeable environment for riders of all experience levels
- Staying up to date on recent Harley-Davidson® products, accessories, and trends
- Driving department sales through strong customer relationships and creative merchandising
- Supporting dealership events, rides, promotions, and community initiatives
- Helping maintain an organized, clean, and visually exciting showroom experience

What We’re Looking For

- A genuine passion for Harley-Davidson®, motorcycles, and the riding lifestyle
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in retail, powersports, automotive, or parts management is considered an asset
- Knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, apparel, and customization
- A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Weekend availability during peak riding season

Company History:

Harley-Davidson® of Moncton, was founded in 2022 (previously under Toys for Big Boys Ltd.). Larry Northrup, a man with a passion for the brand and all things on two wheels, began the journey of creating a stand alone facility for Harley-Davidson® in Moncton in 2020, and Matt Girvan, local Moncton-based business man joined him in this endeavor, as a partner. The two with an equal love for the brand opened the doors to Harley-Davidson® of Moncton, in December of 2022, with an amazing team of professionals and riders alongside them.

Harley-Davidson® first began its journey in the Greater Moncton Area in 1982, when Toys for Big Boys signed with Deeley Harley-Davidson® at Fred Northrup's kitchen table in Boundary Creek, New Brunswick with his son, Larry alongside him. As Toys for Big Boys' journey continued with Harley-Davidson®, the company experienced growth with Toys, moving into a new building in 2006, and eventually taking on the region of New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island in 2020.

Harley-Davidson® of Moncton provides superior customer service and has an entire team that consists of professionals to support our valued customers. We pride ourselves on having well-trained experts amongst our team that strives for customer satisfaction.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
