Sales Consultant

Here’s what you’ll deliver

Generating leads,



prospecting and booking appointments for potential customers.

Understanding customers’ needs and consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations.

Selling and leasing vehicles in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.

Providing exceptional service to visiting customers.

Building long‑lasting relationships and repeat customers.

Answering customer service phone calls relating to sales inquiries.

Ensuring vehicle quotes are competitive and reasonable.

Keeping customers updated as to the progress of their vehicle’s delivery and pick‑up.

Learning and maintaining product knowledge on manufacturer‑specific vehicles and rebate, finance and incentive programs.

Other duties as assigned by management.

What you need to succeed

High School Diploma or GED is required.

1‑3 Years of automotive sales experience is an asset.

OMVIC Certification is required.

Dealer CRM system experience is an asset.

Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and good driving record.

Strong computer skills.

Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Strong time‑management and organizational skills.

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions.

Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating.

Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.

Well‑spoken, friendly and articulate.





Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.

Job Type:

Full Time – Permanent

Compensation (expected annual earnings):

$50,000 – $100,000 per year. This is a commission‑based role. The range reflects historical earnings at this dealership; actual earnings vary based on individual performance and business volumes.

Minimum earnings:

In accordance with the Employment Standards Act, commission‑paid employees will be paid at least the applicable Ontario minimum wage for all hours worked. Any minimum‑wage top‑up paid may be reconciled quarterly in accordance with the compensation plan.
