Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Accounting Support: Assist the Office Controller with payroll processing and basic accounting entries.
Work Order Management: Dispatch work orders to relevant departments and track their progress.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records by entering and updating information related to work orders.
Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries regarding work orders.
Office Coordination: Support the office with various administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing,
and handling incoming calls or emails.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
Basic understanding of payroll processes and accounting entries.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) is a plus.
Previous experience in handling work orders or dispatch tasks.
